Article of Teen Stress

 

It is all known that teenage years are the best and the most repeatable period of life. This is on one hand on the other hand it is all completely different. It is everywhere and it is impossible to escape it. It happens especially when you have to face some changes in your life, these can be equally happy or unpleasant changes that can have different impacts on the personality of the teens. The teenagers have many problems to face, some problems are real, but some are just invented or dictated from their environment.
Therefore, besides being a nice time it can also be the worst time in their life. It is very important to know how to handle the teens in this period. They are very vulnerably and have no idea of what to do and how to act in different situations; they want to be accepted by all their mates and friends of the same age, they feel misunderstood and ignored by parents in this period even if there are no reasons to think so. All these problems if not solved can turn into serous consequences for the teenagers. They have to face most of the time stress, this is the enemy of all generations but the teens are those people who feel it very painfully and radical. 
There are some typical situations which can cause stress to teenagers: you are about to change your school or you have already done this; your intellect development is ahead of under the intellectual development of your classmates; you are the witness of many home problems: parents fighting, parents living apart, alcohol addicted parents, ill parents which demand extra care, one of the parents is dead or they both are dead and you live with your relatives, physical abuse in the family, psychological stress, money problems which lead to fighting between parents; people invest too much hope in you and demand things you are not available to give or to do because they contradict with your out look and your wishes.
You are having conflicts at school with your mates because you wear different cloth, because you have a different character, because you do not stick with them; you are feeling rejected from the environment you are and you feel the lack of love, affection and respect; you feel ugly and your adolescent problems with skin appears, being from another social group than your school mates, being too shy to reject the mockery of your class and school mates, and many other problems which can cause the stress and the desire to run, to kill all people around, to die and to prove them that you are not so bad as they think.
The stress makes you act differently from the way you used to act, think and behave. There are a great number of symptoms that indicates that you have a stress, this may be stomachache, diarrhea, chronic problems like colitis, rapid breathing, sweating, and drug and alcohol addiction. However, the most terrible complication a teenager in stress can feel is the desire to die. This is the general idea that can help them, in their opinion to get rid of stress and to solve all difficult situations. It is very important to have an open but not imposing discussions with teens, such kind of discussions may be held by parents,  teachers, relatives, friends and some other people even unknown people can have a strong impact on the outlook of a teenager. They need to feel support and understanding in this period so give it to them but do not overestimate it.
