Physical activity is one of the most important contributors to people’s health. As research shows – a large number of females are using diets and exercises as ways of controlling their shape and weight, rather than for health. It’s the same with girls! Girls motivation to participate in physical activities is mainly reported to their desire to look good. In our culture, a particular body shape is seen as desirable – slender adolescent. A girl is always interested in achieving goals, looking up to a hero or a model. Whether it’s a sport figure, a fictional character or a celebrity star, heroes can be of great help in achieving performances or setting goals in a girl’s life! There’s always a great model young girls aspire to look like! Young girls realized that they can achieve anything as long as they put their mind to it!
All sports and fitness programs are focusing on building self-confidence and helping young girls understand that physical activity can be real fun and excitement! No matter what motivation they have for doing it, exercise is an important part of keeping your body healthy and looking great!
