Stress related illness symptoms

 

What is the question that worries us almost everyday: family, money, our work, business, or entertainment? Maybe one of these, maybe all of these, but the hottest question of nowadays life is health. Can we consider ourselves healthy or are there any healthy people in general - is a controversial question, because the answer to this question is undetermined and for a short duration. How often are we shocked by the new appeared illness and the progressivism of its development? Is it occasionally? Not for sure! The answer to all these questions can be just one word STRESS.

In fact, stress is a stimulus or event that reflects both physical and metal state of a person. In the shop, work, in the street or at home we are slaves of our own emotions that can easily provoke stress. It has been proved by scientists that almost 90% of all diseases and disorders are stress-related. We can number more then 100 causes of stress related illness symptoms, but the problem is that - how great our efforts could be, it is impossible to avoid all them. Changes, loss, misunderstandings, uncertain future, family problems, or even natural cataclysms can offer us stress for a long or a short duration. Of course, all this are problems, which we have to face almost every day, and most of us are used to protect themselves from these factors. However, even this people could be affected and be under the danger of getting involved in a stress situation. The stress related illness symptoms that come up are very different and sometimes even hard to determine. 

The intellectual stress related illness symptoms that affect our mind are confusion, loss of objectivity, inability to concentrate, short-term memory and even inability to learn (children). The stress related illness symptoms at the physical level can be headaches, high blood pressure, hair loss, skin problems, reproductive problems, sleep disturbances, inflammatory diseases, and other disorders. While stress the most evident are the emotional symptoms: sudden shift in mood, frustration, oversensitivity, anxiety, depression, apathy, inadequacy, and a strong desire to cry.

Of course, we cannot omit the behavior symptoms, which are lose of temper, violence, the person become bossy or inflectional, nervousness, sense of isolation, sleep too much or too little and others. It is difficult to establish the exact form of stress common for all people or even a group because everybody is an individuality and factors that are important for him/her can be of no importance for other, that is why after an observation of one of this symptoms we have to appeal a specialist in this sphere of activity.  
 
Usually isolated and closed children, elderly people, women, people with less education, citizens, people with mental disabilities and lonely people represents the category of groups who have a higher risk of stress related illness symptoms. As we have already mentioned it is impossible to avoid stress, but just from the first sings of its presence we have to take some radical decisions otherwise we can become quite ill. In case we try not to ignore our disorders and pretend that it have no effect on us it can provoke such serious disease as cancer and hart attack.

We will recommend some kind of treatments, which include relaxation, and change of conditions, psychotherapy and some excises of anger managing, yoga, therapeutic massage, bodywork, aromatherapy and some naturopathic recommendation concerning diets. Therefore, I would like to emphasize the importance of self-control and the objectivity concerning different life situations, which can be dangerous for the surround people and us. It is our duty to protect our children, relatives and close people from different stress-situation in order to have a healthy family.
