Weight Loss By The Numbers

Weight Loss By The Numbers Look better, feel better, and raise your energy and self-esteem by losing weight you are so embarrassed about! Finally, the truth about permanent weight loss will be revealed, so that you can easily lose your excess weight, and get your confidence back, all from the comfort of your own home.

Here is the story of a man who was fighting without luck with nearly all weight loss supplements and diets available, before coming up with his own regime in which he lost 28 lbs, that is 3 pants sizes in just 3 weeks. Here he reveals his story of how he made it in and also offers a step-by-step guide for you to be able to get the same incredible results. The book very well written, although many of the techniques described here are truly common sense. I have started the weight loss program eight weeks ago and I’ve lost a total of eight pounds so far. You will never find such statistic in advertisements for the ultimate weight loss programs or products. However, at the end of each of these ads, you will find the words, ‘results are not typical.’ What exactly means typical results?

Experts claim you must have a 3500 calorie deficit so as to lose one pound of fat. Once I wanted to test my metabolism and I was burning about 1600 calories when resting. My exercises boost it to about 1700 each day. Now I am on a 1200 calorie diet, meaning I have a calorie deficit of 500 each day and 3500 each week, so my weight loss is where it should be. Therefore, I keep asking myself why I am feeling so bad at this. Maybe it’s because we are assaulted by those ‘untypical results’. Ads featuring men and women shrinking in size at breakneck speed make me wonder that weight loss should be a simple and fast process. Last week, I got into some success stories on the webpage of a highly respectable weight loss program. Most testimonials did not mention how long it took those people to lose their weight, except for one. This woman had lost 52 pounds, but it took her 64 weeks and that’s less than one pound a week!

Here is a fact I’m trying to remember: If I go on losing weight at the current rate, I am going to be 52 pounds thinner by my next birthday. This may be great! Besides, I have been told that the slower I lose the weight, the greater the chances that it will stay off. I truly hope that's true. It was great noticing that during a very busy six-month period last year when I basically lived on junk food, I gained 20 pounds. It is a lot, but it actually gets to less than one pound each week. My doctor is excited with my 8 pound weight loss. She says that people don’t put weight on overnight and they don’t take it off overnight. I am sure she’s got a point. So, I am determined to go on.
